Mission of the Office of Diversity and Equity

The purpose of the Office of Diversity & Equity is to ensure compliance with Federal and State Civil Rights and non-discrimination laws in all facilities throughout MDOT and it's modal administrations to provide standardization to compliance and reporting methods as it relates to State MBE/Federal DBE Programs, EEO Title VII, Fair Practices, Title VI/ADA/LEP.
