In support of MDOT’s initiative to provide a safe haven for commercial trucks during winter storms, SHA developed a mobile application of locations where truckers can park safely in the midst of six inches or more of snow.

The Motor Carrier Portal brings together services and information for motor carriers from sources across a range of Maryland State agencies responsible for motor carrier regulation and support. This web site will help you find what you need to operate safely and legally in Maryland. The Office of Freight and Multimodalism maintains this portal with cooperation and support from all agencies involved with regulating motor carriers.
