Preventive Maintenance Program
      

The Preventive Maintenance Program (PM Program) requires that commercial vehicles be systematically inspected, repaired, and maintained every 12 months or 25,000 miles, whichever occurs first.

The PM Program applies to:

The vehicle owner can performed the inspection, or may have someone else do the inspection. Meeting the requirements of the law is the responsibility of the vehicle owner. The vehicle-type Preventive Maintenance Report must be filled out and retained in your files. Blank reports (links above) can be downloaded.
