      The U.S. Small Business Administration’s Baltimore District

      Office is holding an Open House to showcase the programs and services that can help with the development and growth of your small business.

      This free event will feature representatives from a variety of organizations who will provide you with timely information and assistance.

      Find out about small business resources in your community; Meet face to face with representatives in a friendly environment; Get connected and grow your business.

      Participating organizations will include: the MD Small Business Development Center, the Baltimore City Small Business Resource Center, the MD Department of Commerce, the Governor's Office of Minority Affairs, the Greater Baltimomre Urban League, CMS Office of Small & Disadvantaged Business Utilization, Office of International Trade, Meridian Management Group, MD Dept. of Transportation, US Dept. of Homeland Security.

      Event is free; but advance registration is required.

       
       
    • Summit for the Mid-Atlantic Region Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) Advanced Manufacturing Center Time: 10:00a - 4:00p Location: Horseshoe Casino Baltimore Conference Center, First Floor 1525 Russell Street Baltimore, MD 21230 Details:

      We want to make you aware of an upcoming Summit for the Mid-Atlantic Region Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) Advanced Manufacturing Center - Baltimore hosted by Mayor's Office of Minority and Women-Owned Business Development and the Regional Manufacturing Institute, Inc. 

      The summit is being held to help launch the new Mid-Atlantic Region MBDA Advanced Manufacturing Center – Baltimore and to engage discussion and relationship building between more than 100 Mid-Atlantic Region minority-owned manufacturing companies, public officials, other manufacturing firms, and manufacturing industry service providers and advocates in attendance.  

      Keynote speaker: Andra Rush, CEO and President of Detroit Manufacturing Systems, Chair and CEO of Rush Trucking Corporation, CEO and President of Dakkota Integrated Systems..
