      Start your day off right by making valuable connections while promoting your business to members of local chambers and business organizations! The event features open networking, a full breakfast buffet and 4 rotations of table presentations. Each attendee will be able to promote their business at their table and may pass out cards, brochures, etc. during their 90-second introduction. Then, everyone will get up and move to a different table to do it again... and again... and again. Door prizes will be raffled off throughout the event.

      Attendees can also place marketing materials on the main literature table in the banquet hall as well. Make sure to bring plenty of business cards and other information because we expect to have 100-125 local business professionals at this event and you will meet 30-40 of them during your table rotations. 

      There are also a handful on sponsorship opportunities that include having a display table and being introduced over the sound system during the event. Sponsorship are exclusive by business category.

      Members of sponsoring organizations advance tickets - $25
      At the door and non-members - $35
      Event Sponsor (set up a table to market at the event and gets time to speak to group) - $125

      Starting the process of doing business with the local government can be an arduous task. However, we have joined forces with experts in four different counties/areas in the state of Maryland that can give you wise counsel as your journey commences. This Meet & Greet will show that navigating the procurement system starts locally. Our guest experts represent Baltimore as well as Montgomery and Howard Counties (SEE BELOW for details) and have a wealth of knowledge on what it takes to do business with the local government. Below is an itinerary of this workshop:

      11am - 11:50: Mahesh Sabnani (Equal Business Opportunity Coordinator for the Howard County Government in the Office of Purchasing)
