    • Synergy Time: 7:00a - 4:00p Location: BWI Marriott 1743 West Nursery Road Baltimore MD 21090 Details:

Hosted by: MDOT Maryland Aviation Administration

Welcome to Synergy, A Business Networking and Career Fair. The Maryland Aviation Administration (MAA) is open for business. This Synergy Business Networking event is designed to connect your business with our decision makers and resources at BWI Marshall Airport. When you leave Synergy, you will be equipped with knowledge of current and upcoming contracting opportunities with the Maryland Department of Transportation’s (MDOT) Maryland Aviation Administration and how to do business with the State of Maryland. BWI Marshall and Martin State Airports are economic engines that create contract opportunities and business strategies to help you gain valuable information and grow your business.

This event holds true to the Synergy concept, that the value and performance of companies combined is greater than the value of each one separately. Synergy responds to major issues that small and minority-owned businesses most often face in airport-related procurement. This networking opportunity provides access to decision makers, prime contractors and subcontractors, and forecasts information on the direction of the airport.

Synergy will feature a series of FREE innovative information sessions for aspiring entrepreneurs and seasoned business professionals on Minority Business Enterprise programs, financing, contracting opportunities, preparing for bids, access to capital, speed lending with reputable lenders, and more!

About the Career Fair & Information Sessions

The afternoon is dedicated to the Synergy Career Fair from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. The Career Fair presents a unique opportunity for prospective candidates to meet with hiring employers and to attend information sessions on the power of social media, networking and interviewing.
