WHY: 
Odenton is the first priority station from the State’s 2024 MARC Penn Line transit-oriented development strategy. The joint development project advances Governor Moore’s State Plan by delivering new housing opportunities at a high-capacity transit station and leveraging Maryland’s infrastructure to support economic growth through transit-oriented development.
