The Office of Real Estate & Economic Development (ORED) facilitates the disposition of excess land for MDOT modal units. Below is a list of MDOT properties that have currently been digitized and may be going through the disposal process in the near future. Note all parcels must go through internal and external clearances prior to being disposed (see Clearance & Disposition Process). If a property is cleared for sale, then it is subject to Board of Public Works or Modal Administrator approval, where applicable.
